BEFORE YOU PAY
1. Open your parcel in the presence of the delivery representative.
2. Check the fabric for quality, color, design and any visible damage.
3. Check the stitching & finishing to ensure everything meets your expectations.
4. Make the payment once you are satisfied with the order.
IMPORTANT TERMS
· Parcel inspection must be carried out at the time of delivery and before payment.
· Please verify the product, size, color, fabric and stitching against your order.
· If you notice any issue or discrepancy, do not accept the parcel/payment until you contact our customer support team.
· Once the parcel has been accepted and payment has been made, the order will be considered received and accepted, subject to our applicable return/exchange policy.
· Inspection is limited to checking the product and workmanship; the product should not be washed, altered, damaged or used.
· Customized, altered or made-to-measure orders may be subject to separate terms.
· Please retain your invoice/order confirmation for any future query regarding your order.
